MNCTV Provides Opportunity to Employees to Continue Study

JAKARTA - MNC TV provides opportunities for employees to continue their education in University. It aims to improve the competence of employees that are useful for the performance of the company.

Coordinator of HR & GA Division Head of MNC TV Hari Astuti said, MNC TV in collaboration with Krisnadwipayana University (Unkris) held S-1 extension program to provide an opportunity for employees to continue their education. This program is held because MNC wants to improve the competency of each employee that is useful for common interest.

With existing competencies, the company's performance will increase and also facilitate company’s target. "We are proud that there are 36 employees graduated from Unkris after three years of studied while working," he said after attending the graduation in Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Jakarta (09/01). Hari explained, the course was financed by employees, while company only provides the flexibility of working hours and learning activities in the office.

One of the graduates, a Program Director of MNC TV Yani Kristianus said, this program gives hope for employees who initially felt there would be no opportunity to improve study and career. The company gives the flexibility of working hours, also a lecture obligations. "Although we need to work, there is still hope for us to continue studying.” Yani explained.

Chief Executive Graduation of Unkris Wisnu Kumoro said he was proud of the critical attitude shown by MNC TV employees in each lecture. He also appreciated the company's policy that allows employees to manage their study.
