• MNC Land Signs MoU of TNGGP Development

    JAKARTA - Director General of Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems Ministry of Environment and Forestry through the National Park Authority Gede Pangrango with PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) through its local unit PT Lido Nirwana Parahyangan, today signed a memorandum of understanding about management for the development of the National Park of Mount Gede Pangrango (TNGGP).

    This cooperation is to strengthen the functions of the National Park of Mount Gede Pangrango, through the development of nature tourism in the region Bodogol areas to support the interests of national tourism development.

    Deputy Director of MNC Land Budi Rustanto said in this agreement there is also a plan of development of the integrated nature tourism, improvement of product quality, nature tourism infrastructure, as well as increased marketing and promotional nature in TNGGP and surrounding area.

    "The development of TNGGP could be done because PT MNC Land Tbk will provide easy access, especially for tourists from Jakarta and surrounding areas to visit TNGGP, when the first phase of construction of toll road from Ciawi to Sukabumi is done," said Budi in Manggala Wanabakti Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (10/27/2015).

    According to him, TNGGP location is near to Lido Integrated Resort and Theme Park project owned by PT MNC Land Tbk in the area of Mount Salak and Mount Gede Pangrango, inspired by the vision of the CEO of MNC Group Hary Tanoesoedibjo (HT).

    "In this area, there will be built integrated tourist destination which full of innovation and allows TNGGP become a tourist destination, educational facilities as well as the observation of flora and fauna that characterizes in the National Park of Mount Gede Pangrango," said Budi.

    Lido area will become an "Integrated Lifestyle and Destination" because PT MNC Land Tbk will build something special in West Java.

    "In the end, TNGGP development is expected to boost tourism and local revenues, particularly the development of naturae tourism as the visit object in Bogor and Sukabumi district," he concluded.
